About the role

A company making thousands of real-world phone calls a day generates an endless stream of decisions, and some of the most important ones don't have an obvious owner. You'll take them: fundraising support, hiring pipelines, compliance workstreams, board prep, and whatever is currently on fire.

You'll work directly with both founders, see the whole company, and graduate into whatever leadership seat you prove you should own.

What you'll do

  • Run the company operating cadence — goals, weekly reviews, and the metrics that matter.
  • Own cross-functional projects end to end, from hiring sprints to compliance deadlines.
  • Prepare investor updates, board materials, and fundraising support with the CEO.
  • Be the truth-teller: surface what's actually happening, not what's comfortable.

What we're looking for

  • 2–6 years in high-slope environments — startups, consulting, banking, or founding something yourself.
  • Ruthless prioritization and follow-through; nothing you own slips.
  • Excellent writing — memos that make decisions happen.
  • Low ego, high agency: equally happy building a model or picking up the phone.

Nice to have

  • Prior chief-of-staff or founder experience.
  • Exposure to venture fundraising or M&A processes.
  • Experience across both US and India operating contexts.
