How to request account deletion

Enter the phone number registered to your Aurora AI account in the form below and tap Submit request.
We use your phone number to match your account. We may contact you at that number or via email on file to confirm the request.
After verification, we delete your account and associated personal data as described below. We aim to finish within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
Alternatively, email support@aurorax.co with the subject line “Account deletion” and include the phone number on your account.
What we delete and what we keep
Data we delete
After we verify your request, we delete or irreversibly anonymize personal data tied to your account, including:
- Account profile information (such as name, email, and phone number on file)
- In-app queries, conversations, and activity history associated with your account
- Push notification tokens linked to your account
- Referral or invite records that identify you
Data we may retain
Some information may be kept for a limited time or as required by law:
- Secure backups may contain residual copies for up to 90 days before automatic purge.
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably be linked to you may be retained.
- Records we must keep for legal, regulatory, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute resolution — retained only as long as required by applicable law.
- Information you asked us to share with third parties (for example, businesses contacted on your behalf) may also be held by those parties under their policies.
