About the role

Every country is a new offline economy: different carriers, different consent laws, different ways businesses answer the phone. You'll be the single owner of a market launch — from regulatory groundwork to the first thousand happy users.

This is a general-athlete role for someone who wants founder-level scope without founding: strategy, operations, partnerships, and growth in one job.

What you'll do

  • Own a country launch end to end — telephony readiness, compliance, localization, and go-to-market.
  • Find the wedge use cases where Aurora wins first, and build the playbook around them.
  • Recruit early users and local partners; turn their feedback into product priorities.
  • Build the repeatable launch playbook we'll use for every market after yours.

What we're looking for

  • You've launched something before — a market, a product, a company — and can walk us through it.
  • Extreme ownership: ambiguity plus a deadline is your comfort zone.
  • Strong analytical and written communication; you build your own dashboards and briefs.
  • Willingness to travel and go deep on a market's ground truth.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a marketplace, fintech, or telephony-adjacent company.
  • Multiple languages; multi-market experience.
  • Prior founder or founding-team experience.
